4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
• You can track your parcel through the courier service’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.
• Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
• We will investigate and provide a replacement or solution accordingly.
